Policies & Terms

Please review the following policies before booking your appointment.

1. Agreement to Terms

By booking an appointment or purchasing products from Brows & Lashes NG ("the Studio"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

2. Services

All lash and brow services are performed by a licensed technician. Results may vary based on individual natural lashes/brows, aftercare compliance, and biological factors.

3. Health & Safety

You must inform the technician of any allergies, eye conditions, skin sensitivities, or medications that may affect the service. A patch test may be required for first-time clients.

4. Age Requirement

Clients must be 18 years or older. Clients aged 16–17 may receive services with written parental/guardian consent.

5. Pricing

All prices are in Nigerian Naira (₦) and are subject to change without notice. Prices confirmed at the time of booking will be honored.

We collect personal information you provide when booking: name, phone number, email, and any health information relevant to your service.

2. How We Use Your Information

Your information is used solely to: process bookings, send appointment reminders, communicate about your services, and improve our offerings. We never sell your personal data to third parties.

3. Data Security

Your data is stored securely and protected using industry-standard encryption. Access is limited to authorized personnel only.

1. Service Refunds

Lash and brow services are generally non-refundable once completed. If you are unsatisfied, contact us within 48 hours for a complimentary adjustment if appropriate.

2. Product Refunds

Unopened products: May be returned within 14 days for a full refund or exchange.
Opened products: Final sale due to hygiene reasons.

1. Cancellation Policy

24+ hours notice: Full refund or free reschedule.
12–24 hours notice: 50% refund.
Under 12 hours / No-show: No refund.

2. Late Arrival

Up to 10 minutes: Service may be abbreviated.
10–20 minutes: Service will be modified.
20+ minutes: Considered a no-show.

Lash Aftercare

  • Do not get lashes wet for the first 24 hours
  • Avoid oil-based products near the eyes
  • Do not rub, pull, or pick at your lashes
  • Brush lashes daily with a clean spoolie

Brow Aftercare

  • Do not get brows wet for 24 hours after lamination
  • Brush brows daily in the desired direction
  • Avoid excessive sun exposure for 48 hours
